What the columns say

Close is the last price of the session of 6 November 2026. The 52-week low and high are the lowest and highest prices of the last 52 weeks as the source prints them, and the last column puts the close between them on a scale where the low is 0 and the high is 100. 4 of the 10 closes are in the lowest quarter of their own 52-week range and 1 in the highest quarter; MER is nearest its low (place 13.4 of 100) and AC nearest its high (80.2).

The place is a location, not a forecast: it says where today's close sits among the prices of the past year and nothing about where the price goes next.

The day, in one line

On 6 November 2026, 3 of the 10 companies closed higher than the previous close and 7 lower; the largest rise was AC (+2.49%), the largest fall ALI (−2.44%). The changes run from −2.44% (ALI) to +2.49% (AC).

The change is the close divided by the previous close, minus one. It describes one session only; the next table in your broker's app will already differ.

Previous close and its date

The exchange page prints the previous close together with its date. For all ten companies that date is 5 November 2026, the session before the one shown, so every change on this page is a one-session change.

A company's change can look large in one column and small in another only if the dates differ; here they do not.

Questions before a first share

Is the close the price I would pay?

No. It is the last price of the session of 6 November 2026. The price at the moment of an order is set by the orders in the market at that moment; use the close to estimate a budget and look at your broker's screen before sending the order.

What does place in the range mean?

It is (close − low) ÷ (high − low) times 100, where low and high are the 52-week extremes the source prints. 0 means the close equals the low and 100 that it equals the high.

Why these ten companies?

They are ten of the largest companies listed on PSE by market value on the 6 November 2026 reading, chosen so that the page is a worked example with real numbers. They are not a recommendation.
